Founded in 2019 by Mickail Mbele, Learn Hive was built on a frustration and a conviction. The frustration: too much training in South Africa ends at a certificate and goes no further. The conviction: skills only matter if they lead somewhere.
So we chose a different centre of gravity. Rather than treating training as an academic exercise, we put job creation, employability, and economic participation at the heart of everything we do. Every programme is designed to help someone secure work, advance a career, grow a business, or create new opportunity within their community.
